![]() Directed by John Fasano Once upon a time a nice family was slayed by evil demons in the comforts of their own farmhouse. Now in the year of 1987, the rock band The Tritons and their (quite gay) manager come to the same farmhouse to kickback and do some album recording for a few days. Little did they know what lurks there. Each day goes as follows for the band mates and their girls: eat, perform, have sex, and one person gets killed by a demon-penis-monster-puppet (Charles Band, where are you when we need you?) and it comes back disguised as the human it just murdered. Doing the dishes gets thrown in there at times also. This daily routine repeats until every person but the lead singer, John Triton (Jon Mikl Thor), is the only one left remaining. This is when the plot really gets good! ![]() The head demon from hell finds John Triton in the barn working on music all alone. It thought it had him cornered and well captured but Triton had some bad news for the evil thing. He is the Intercessor, Triton the Archangel, and it is his duty to be there to get rid of the evil! At this point John Triton's attire changes from casual everyday wear to the rock awesome nearly clad fashion of the flashy skimpy shorts, black cape and the teased out hair. The fight between heaven and hell then broke out, with Triton's hair not moving one strand during it all. As fate warrented, the evil demon was beat and explodes with the amazing effects of an ordinary fountain firework. Thus the day and future has been saved. RATING: 2 1/2 eye screams out of 4. I almost gave it 3 but if it wasn't for the awesomeness of the ending, this movie would have been just plain boring. I guess it just rocked to hard for me! <-- |
